Those who know my family know we love to chase salmon all summer long. Painting them is my way of enjoying them year round. This new to me shape from 24 Hour Crafts is dotted with the light teal, greens and yellows that the incredible dot artist and teacher Christina Lee created for a class I took from her. I have named this color palette Dot Shop Limited Edition, because once the paint I had left over from her class is gone, I will no longer have them because some were specially mixed for the class. This swimming salmon is finished with repurposed fishing line and coordinating beads. It is sealed with a glaze for a glossy and durable finish, it is sure to be cherished for years to come. You may love it so much you'll keep it displayed year round!
